Overview

Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer you a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received. We do not accept returns for products that are perishable, intimate, sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

Non-returnable items include:

  • Downloadable products
  • Health and personal care items

To complete your return, a valid receipt or proof of purchase is required. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Partial Refunds

  • Items with signs of use
  • Items not in original condition, damaged, or missing parts due to customer error
  • Items returned more than 30 days after delivery

Refunds Once the returned item is received and inspected, you will be notified via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within a certain timeframe

Sale Items

Only regular priced items are eligible for refunds. Sale items are non-refundable.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, email us at info@precisionsdistributions.com and send your item to: 2660 Flora Spiegel Way, Corona, CA 92881.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift at the time of purchase and shipped directly to you, a gift credit for the value of the return will be issued. Otherwise, the refund will be sent to the gift giver

Shipping Returns

To return a product, mail it to info@precisionsdistributions.com.

Shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted. Depending on your location, the time it may take for the exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If returning a high-value item, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee receipt of returned items.
